We took an early morning flight from Portugal to Paris and started to explore right away. Ok maybe an hour later since we used the budget airline Ryan Air and it uses Beauvais airport which is an hour away from the city centre. After the long bus ride, we jumped in the metro and figured out our connection to the hotel. We checked into hotel Kleber located within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe. I have since been back in Paris and stayed at the same place, loved the location so much. Mom and I used the metro to travel all across the city and hit the major tourist spots. Headed into the cute cafes for food, walked all over and ate our weight in macaroons. We really made this quick trip for her, hoping in the future I can fly her out here again. Little did I know in a couple of months I would be moving four hours aways from Paris and make the drive whenever I felt like it.
